Some Considerations Regarding the Functions of the Principle of Legal Certainty

Abstract

In this scientific article, some considerations are given regarding the functions of the principle of legal certainty. At the same time, it is said about the importance of the principle of legal certainty as one of the main elements of the rule of law. The principle of legal certainty is now considered as a structural element necessary for the stabilization of legal relations and systems.

Legal accuracy is becoming an increasingly important factor in lawmaking and law enforcement processes. In particular, legal accuracy means the accuracy, clarity and accessibility of a legal standard, depending on the texts and interpretations of court documents. The purpose of this article is to analyze the fact that, as a legal category, an increase in the effectiveness of compliance with legislation is achieved based on the functions of the principle of legal accuracy, in particular, as a means of ensuring the stability of law, which is necessary to regulate the interaction of legal entities.
