Contractual Regulation of Commercialisation of Intellectual Property Objects in Foreign Economic Activity

Abstract

This article deals with the contractual regulation of commercialisation of intellectual property objects. Contracts regulating commercialisation of intellectual property objects in foreign economic activity, such as licence agreements, agreements on transfer of exclusive rights, franchise agreements, agreements on creation and transfer of results of intellectual activity and agreements on assignment of rights to intellectual property objects are listed and disclosed.
