Abstract

Right-sided congenital diaphragmatic hernias are much less common than left-sided ones.
There is still no single approach yes in the treatment of this pathology; There is a significant number of
complications and deaths (up to 50%) in the treatment of children with this malformation . In the given
guidelines, the right-sided localization of hernias is not even considered, which indicates insufficient
development of this problem. Purpose of the work: to improve the outcomes of surgical treatment of
children with right-sided congenital diaphragmatic hernias.
